Aaron’s accounting roots stretch right back to when he left school and worked for three years as a junior accountant at a Gisborne firm while studying extramurally. He headed to Palmerston North to complete his studies at Massey and joined Ernst and Young.
That firm evolved into Brumby Simpson Partners which was purchased by AllanMcNeill in 2010. Aaron was a client manager at the time with many of those businesses and families continuing to work with him today.
Aaron specialises in companies and tax with a particular focus on commercial business. He thrives on assisting clients to understand the implications of their business plans and problem solving to achieve the outcome they’re looking for.
